Designed, built, and managed a second post-campaign broadcasting studio and control room in Washington. Led a seamless transition to remote live production workflow for COVID. Show-runner, streamable progressive town hall series, maintaining unprecedented audience growth over 22m views during the immediate post-presidential social drop-off period.

Designed and fabricated a one-of-a-kind in-house campaign podcast, broadcast, and recording studio. Installed and managed all post-production infrastructure, integrating a lean networked server to record and transmit live video from anywhere. Worked closely with Comms and National Directors to produce live concerts and rallies in partnership with celebrity surrogates and other elected endorsers. Recruited, trained, and supervised 20+ editors and producers in the digital department. Provided strong internal leadership as a crucial technology resource, operating complex control, mix, and encoding systems while working under pressure.

Managed casting for agency’s roster of SAG-AFTRA voice actors, liaised with client creative teams on sound or formatting delivery requirements from bid through rollout, revised sample scripts from the writers’ room, managed agency studio, responsible for blocking, lighting, staging, and operating multi-camera shoots. Reported to EP, UPM, and Composer.
